Money Smart Week events at Plano Public Library

Money Smart Week is a national initiative held from April 21-28, 2018, and is a partnership between the American Library Association and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to provide financial literacy programming to help members of your community better manage their personal finances. Libraries of all types participate, providing programming for all ages and all stages of life on topics such as: basic budgeting, managing debt, and how to prevent identity theft, to name a few.

The Plano Public Library is joining in by hosting events next week in English and Spanish. The events are part of a larger exploration being held throughout Spring and Summer of 2018 called “Thinking Money: A Financial Expedition.”
